Chris at the Bahamas store mentioned I could send back the device within six months, and there was a location in Brandon, FL for returns if I wasn't happy. Well, I got home and by the end of the first week, I realized I wanted to return it because the product and device just don’t work like the one I tried in the store. It feels like I got tricked, and I ended up with something different from what was demonstrated to me. I reached out to him, and he confirmed I had six months and that a manager would get in touch about the return process. But since then, crickets. He’s ghosting me. The number on my receipt is a dead end, and I’ve shot off emails to the address listed there multiple times, but no replies. The only way I could reach him was through his Facebook, and now he’s gone silent there too. I just want to return this and get my money back like I was promised. NO ONE IS GETTING BACK TO ME.

I've been using this product very sparingly because of the price, and honestly, I haven't noticed any changes. I gave it a shot using it more often, but still no luck. Now, I'm back to my old skincare routine, making sure to stick to it more consistently. I cleanse every morning and night, plus I use a weekly treatment, and my skin's looking better. The sales rep was nice, but I won't be going back to these products. Seems like some folks have had better luck, though.

My skin's now covered in spots and feels super dry after only two weeks of using the cream. I’m not even gonna bother trying to get a refund because, based on what I’ve read here, it’s not worth the hassle. My advice? Stick to what you know and don’t get sucked in by flashy packaging and giveaways. I bought the facial peel and got a moisturizer for ‘free’ (cost me nearly $300), and both are just plain terrible—straight to the trash they go.

I recently picked up the peeling cream and wow, it’s fantastic! The trial results were so impressive that I couldn’t resist getting it right away.
